What is STACLEAN
cleanroom paper (dust-free paper)
It is paper substrate dust-free paper that can be used in cleanrooms where dust and dirt are impermissible. Unlike films, it can be used for printer output, copying, printing, etc., By making use of the characteristics of paper, it can be applied as labels, thermal paper, etc., while maintaining a high degree of cleanliness.
The History of STACLEAN
In the 1980s, measures to improve the cleanliness of cleanrooms became active in Japan, mainly in the semiconductor industry. Until then, they had avoided bringing in paper as much as possible, and when necessary, it is printed on a film based media or applied lamination on it.
Yet, the dust-free paper STACLEAN was made for our customers who considered paper is still necessary for workability and to those who have difficulties using film based media. Since its launch in 1982, it has been used not only in industrial cleanrooms, but also in the pharmaceutical industry and research & development facilities.

The above is just an example. In fact, there are more than 10 types of clean paper base materials in the STACLEAN series alone, combining colors (7 colors) and thicknesses (70 to 500 μm). Including other grades, there are nearly 30 types of base materials to choose from.
